Ralfiz Technologies is looking for a motivated Junior AI-First Programmer who leverages AI tools to accelerate software development. You will work on real-world web and mobile application projects, build APIs, develop features, test applications, and deploy solutions using modern development practices.

This role is ideal for developers who use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms as part of their daily workflow to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop web and mobile applications
Build and maintain APIs using FastAPI
Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Test, debug, and optimize applications
Collaborate with team members on client and internal projects
Deploy and maintain applications in production environments
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and AI tools

Strong programming fundamentals
Good knowledge of Python
Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
Understanding of Git and Version Control
Knowledge of application deployment and hosting
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience with Flutter, Django, or modern web technologies
